What kind of the logo we can't print?
Please bear in mind that tiny and thin logo can't be printed out clearly.
Even we use very precise screen printing kit the water-based paint will still make the logo almost impossible to get onto the cotton through the mold.
Small logo print is hard to achieve due to the grain of the fabric.

On time delivery, quality is fine, could be better to remove all excess threads out from product. Would consider about reorder in future, but it will be definitely more attractive to provide discount for repeat customers, if they are using the same logo, since supplier doesn't have to make a new screen so that should reduce the cost.
